Seattle!
The most impressive thing about Seattle is Mount Raineer. The mountain is 90 miles away, but you can't keep yourself from looking at it every time you turn around. The first picture was taken from the Puget Sound on a ferry trip to Bainbridge Island and the other picture of Raineer was taken nfrom our hotel roof.

We took our kids and their cousins to the Hiram Chittenden locks and salmon ladder. None of us had ever been see salmon swim up ladders to spawn. This place had an undergound place where you could watch the fish underwater. The kids loved it. This picture of Sandra and I was taken along the canal.

We had planned to take Brandon to a baseball game in San Francisco for his birthday, but the Giants were on a road trip, so we went to one in Seattle instead. Safeco field was a great baseball experience. The game went into extra innings and the Mariners lost to the Colorado Rockies. This last picture was taken in the Place Market area of Seattle at the Original Starbucks. Street perfomers were everywhere in the Market area and this group in front of Starbucks asked Brandon to join them!
